I visited the salon for the first time with Michele as my stylist. The atmosphere was so cute and comfortable, and Michele did an amazing job. She paid attention to the details of what I was requesting for a color and nailed it perfectly, then took the time to make sure I loved it before I left. You can tell she really enjoys her job and cares about her clients, and I absolutely love how the color came out! If you’re looking for a new stylist to spice up your hair, definitely call and ask for Michele!

DONT bother trying to book if you’re a new client! This was the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a hair salon. I called the salon today to attempt to book a consultation for a color correction. Deb, the woman at the front desk, was very sweet when trying to find some availability in their schedule for me. Deb also told me she was new, so she had to ask a hair stylist from time to time some questions in regards to booking my color correction, which was fine. I’m happy to wait to get booked. Eventually cindy, the stylist she had been communicating with to book my appointment, took over the phone call and I was met with worst, rude attitude and hostility. I ended up cancelling my appointment all together because I would never do business with people that treat others this way.

I started going to Fulgere back in February, and I couldn't be happier. I feel like family the minute I walk in the door. Everyone, not just my stylist, is warm and accomodating. I was pleasantly surprised when I was offered a beverage, and received a lovely hand massage, on my first visit. Michele took her time coloring, styling, and blow drying my hair, and it was absolutely perfect when she finished. I always feel confident that I will love my hair when she is done! All the stylists are professional and personable with their clients. Cindy, the owner, has done a great job of creating a welcoming atmosphere, by hiring caring, skilled stylists who truly love what they do, and knowing everyone who comes thru the door (not just her clients) and making them feel like family. And the location is SUPER convenient! Can't say enough about this salon. Small business at its best!!
