Arelis has been my stylist for more than 20+ years and I have never left with a frown on my face. I have tried other stylists but none compare to her abilities on my hair. If you go about doing odd processing to your hair dont expect miracles by going to other salons which did not do the job in the first place to blame. Arelis will tell you upfront what will happen to your hair if anything you trying to attempt its not recommendable. I support this business and her abilities 100%.

ruined my hair, she did highlights and made them so chunky and yellow and so patchy and when i asked for a refund she said “no salons give refunds”… and left me on read when i sent her the pictures of my hair so rude

Left my step daughter to get hair wash and and dry styled to get her ready for school. 7 hours later she was still not done. $50.00 and pre-paid by her dad and not even that made the take her first. Once. She was done she told us they continue ignoring she was there. She is only 11.
