I took my baby to get her first haircut here. Today I went for the fourth time and I left this place very disappointed since the young woman who served him was very rude to me and my baby, she did not want to cut my baby's hair just because he was crying, I tried to calm him so that she could do her job, however. she was very rude to my baby who is only 17 months old. She didn't want to finish cutting my baby's hair, she gave him an uneven cut.. She had no patience with my baby and it didn't even take 5 minutes. I paid for a bad cut that she didn't want to finish. she has zero patience with children and the way she spoke to me and grabbed my child's hair was very abrupt. i will never come back to this place. 0 stars

I have never been to a hair place that only takes appointments the same day. Tried to call for a morning appointment the next day and was told to call the same day at 9 AM. I’ve been in the nail business for 10 years, and if I did this I would never have clients LOL. To each their own I suppose. Oh, and all Supercuts do this, I just called 4 of them.

The stylist (I think her name was Stephanie) spent about 2-3 minutes cutting my hair and was very clearly trying to rush me out of her chair. She did not cut my hair how I asked, she barely cut it at all. I asked for 2 inches off all around and maybe ended up with .25 inches cut off. She didn’t show me a mirror to check the cut, didn’t give me a receipt. I felt very discriminated against and definitely won’t be back. Also complaining about having to wear a mask made for a really uncomfortable experience. The shop also wasn’t clean, there was hair all over the place, she didn’t even sweep from the previous customer before cutting my hair. Service: Haircut
