Elephant Salon and Spa

Okay, here's my problem. My haircut was great. I wish I had stopped there. Unfortunately, I decided to treat myself to a mini shampoo and conditioner. When I went to use them they were opened and one was clearly used. I called because they are way out of the way for me and I was hoping they'd refund me if I sent along pictures. First they tried to tell me they weren't open or used, (which wasn't true - I have working eyes) and they wouldn't refund them. Then they told me I could get a store credit if I drove back and returned them sometime Monday through Thursday before 4 pm. I value my time more than that. I hope that $15 was worth it to them because I will never go back and tell anyone interested that they're unsanitary - because don't tell me I was the only one to get opened, used, refilled, or god knows what products. I cringe thinking of how unsanitary that is. Plus I question a place that's so hard up for money they're afraid to refund $15. Service: Haircut

Something has to be said for skill and expertise! I absolutely love Elephant and Camilla is my go to for services. I have been coming here for the past three years and love my cut and color every time! I have actually moved out of the area and still commute 45-60 minutes to see my girl because the service is that good. I showed Camilla what I wanted and she absolutely delivered, not to mention she is just the absolute sweetest. ❤️

I have gone to Annie for many years and followed her to her new salon in Peabody. She is an amazing person, colorist, stylist, and now new business owner. Her sisters and staff are equally welcoming and clearly dedicated to customer satisfaction! I highly recommend Elephant Salon and Spa for all services.
