Beautique Nails & Spa

I’ve been coming to Beautique since they’ve opened because they always did a great job on my nails and it’s close by. I have noticed, however, that the service has gone slightly downhill over the year. I usually see different girls, but the most recent time I went the girl was friendly but she was sniffling the whole time and sounded very sick which made me a bit uncomfortable. (She kept wiping her nose with her arm). I also noticed it didn’t look as clean as it usually does, there was water on the floors near the pedicure stations and it just didn’t look clean or sanitary. When the girl finished up with my dip manicure and massaged my hands, she noticed a few of the nails got smudged and fixed it, but after she fixed it some of the powder from the products got on the same nail again and she seemed frustrated at me a little and was like “I told you not to touch it, I just fixed them” with an attitude. Hanna was great with my nails and she took her time and gave a good massage. Natalia was working on my mom and she was rushing barely did any massage and it ruined my experience. I was very disappointed. I understand it gets busy but provide the customer the service they are paying for.

Worth the while! Got my nails done here for my Nana's service and got her favorite yellow rose and a blue butterfly came out absolutely gorgeous
