I had Judy cut my hair and it was a great experience. My hair is long and curly and Judy made sure to ask what type of "curly" it was and then asked to check it out, to see if she could take it on which I appreciated. She washed my hair and did the desired cut, then straightened it. They sanitize everything and follow covid protocol. It was $45 for my cut and was a good experience overall.

I called yesterday and asked for a morning appointment. The person on the phone said okay and asked for my name, did not ask for any other information. I have visited this salon multiple times, I usually get charged 35$. I have no issue paying extra, I have wavy hair and it’s at the middle of my back. Again I have been to this salon multiple times, same hair texture, same length. I walk in this morning, and I can tell the hai stylist has a mood and there are a few customers in there. He looked at my hair and said it’s wavy and that I would be charged 50. They only take cash. I have no issues with paying more, however I would’ve liked to have known before, I had to drive in and go to the bank and withdraw cash. He didn’t offer any other options, like saying he could wait and I could get more, instead he goes on to tell me he has so many customers today and my hair would take much longer so it would be more money.
