My wife and I are highly disappointed at Ana and then staff at Malden Nails. My wife have dip powder and pedicure for $95 and I have shellac manicure and pedicure for $65. We don't mind the price if we get the quality of product/service. The next day my wife's toes were hurting her and have an infection that lasted several days. Her dip powder nails have open margins all around to the point that when she brushed her hair her nails were getting stuck and was awful to do her hair. My shellac manicure was coming off on the third day compare to shellac done before at other places lasted 3 weeks minimum. I also found out that the lavender tablet that is used for pedicure with the cream and scrub is the cheapest product in the market. Ana is good charging people gastronomical prices but the quality of product and quality of service are the worse we experienced ever. We wont come back to this place and are leaving this review to avoid you for getting an infection and overcharged for services.
Last min call for nail fill and toe polish change, was told to walk in and was immediately greeted and sat down to get to business! There so sweet and friendly , I felt so comfortable and at home! Plus my nail design came out better then the inspiration pic ???? Service: Nail art
The pedicure that I had a month ago was awful. The girl removed the skin of my toes and there was bleeding. She told me that I will be ok. Today a month ago my toes is still hurting even i put the ointment. Thank you for training your stuff. Service: Pedicure
