This was my first haircut in Boston, so I was bit anxious. But Tamara handled it so well and gave me an amazing haircut. She is a very kind and friendly person. I would highly recommend her!!

Visiting Boston I needed my hair washed and blow dried. This was by far the worst hair experience I have ever had & I have had my hair done around the world with no problems. I was given a junior ( no option) who from the moment she started to dry my hair I knew it wasn’t going well. It didn’t. She then re washed my hair and started again. Disastrous! A different stylist tried to make my hair look normal but to no avail. The upshot is they didn’t charge me but I left there with my hair looking worse than when I went in. Putting the extortionate prices aside ( I was willing to pay ) ...if you do make an appointment there my advise is to ask if it is a stylist or unqualified junior you are getting for your many $’s.

The woman who did my hair was AMAZING! Such a great color and would 100% recommend her. However, when I booked my appointment I was told it would be 30% off because I was a first-time client, and then they charged me full-price. When I questioned them on this, the front desk woman gave me 10% off, but I didn't notice until I paid. Then when I checked my receipt I once again questioned why it was this price and she said "well, you already paid, so not much I can do now." I then gave her my number and asked her if she could confirm with the manager why I was charged full price and if I could receive store credit/money back, and was never followed up with, so will not be going back to them. So overall, great place to get your hair done, but disappointing customer service, and don't trust any "discounts" they offer.
