Had a haircut here recently, and i am satisfied. I feel like enough attention was paid and people are nice, will recommend it ????
I have always had an amazing experience with cuts, color, highlights etc. We tend to play with my hair, and I've never walked out unhappy.
Let me shout out Mafei hair salon in Allston. I am literally getting married in less than 5 hours and my scheduled hair appointment at a different salon was cancelled because she’s got a cold and doesn’t know if it’s COVID or not. I came into Mafei as a walk-in and they squeezed me in for a trim and layers. I am so VERY happy with my haircut AND Penha added some things to make it easier for me to style when I get home. Very affordable for the quality of work (I tipped her 33% and it was still under $75). If you need a hair appointment for anything and you’re in the Boston/ Brighton/ Allston area, I suggest you check them out. Fabulous customer service and high quality hair services. Very satisfied.
