Beautiful Cuts

I arrived for my 12pm appointment and was seen about 10mins later with Bitty. I was a little nervous given the mixed reviews about beautiful cuts. Bitty examined by hair and recommended the airwave perm. Appointment took about 3hrs and ended being $350. I love the way it came out, looks like beachy waves. It looks extra curly when wet and turns into waves when fully dried. Bitty said people usually get perms once a year so I’m hoping this was last a while. Overall, appointment was great and I loved the way my hair turned out! This was my first perm and it makes me want to try the digital perm next time

I normally don't write reviews or comment even if the experience is subpar but it was so terrible this time that I felt the need to write a review. Terrible experience with Touru. He was just rushing the haircut the whole time, and I was literally scared of him cutting my ear off at one point. The haircut ended up uneven everywhere and was no where near what I wanted. If this was all I could have lived with it but when he was taking the barber cape off of me he spills the hair all over me and my clothes and doesn't even feel the need to apologize. I was excited to try the place and get a professional experience but this place was not it. I hope he learns and treats his clients better in the future! Service: Haircut

Very bad haircut. The bottom line is not even, somewhere on the back is obviously longer. I made an appointment with Fumiko who is no longer working there, but I was not informed. I feel totally tricked to go there and get my haircut done.
