I’ve always had a great experience with my wax every-time I’ve gone but the past 2-3 times I called for an appointment the person that answers is extremely rude. They pick up the phone and don’t even introduce themselves they just say “hello”. I asked for an appointment 2 times for a wax and each time the person that answers says no sorry no availability and doesn’t even bother to check the schedule or ask if I’d like to come a different day. Seems like they don’t want business. Service: Body waxing
