I went in for a hair cut since I was not able to make my regular appointment, and was nothing short of impressed on the way the hair cut came out. The hair dresser by the name of Valerie was very attentive with my request and payed lots of attention to every detail. I will definitely be going back again,.great overall experience!! I went to get a few inches trimmed off to make my hair look healthier and I didn't want a dramatic change to my hair. I went in with long hair and left with it just passed my shoulders (over 9 inches off when I asked for 3-4). The layers look like the hairdresser grabbed random sections and cut straight across. I mentioned wanting angles to frame my face which didn't happen but might be for the best. I was distraught over what happened to my hair. The hairdresser was very kind and nice but I don't even wear my hair down anymore because of how bad the cut is. I might have had a one off experience (maybe the person was new) but just sharing my experience.
