I had such a pleasant experience here!! The manager here is the sweetest and so knowledgeable about just about everything! (Her team was very helpful, too!! I wanted a MAC product that wasn’t sold here, and I was given the option of having it be shipped to my home, at no additional cost to me!) An overall great experience— If I lived in Hammond, this would be my go to makeup/fragrance destination!

If I could give the salon zero stars I would. Appt at 10:15 for several weeks. Oh, you booked it last night. No I booked it several weeks ago. I was told it would take 30 minutes after we arrived, an hour later, she is still trying to straighten someone’s hair. When I asked someone about it, they just lied and lied and lied and lied. Awful customer service. Appointments don’t matter. It’s more like a walk-in welcome policy.

Lauren is amazing! Once she’s done your eyebrows you’ll never want anyone else. Her attention to detail is incredible. My eyebrows always look amazing after visiting her. I actually live out of state and visit my mom regularly and always make an appointment with her. She’s the best!
