A better experience this time being seen in a reasonable time. Notes are not where you win. It will leave you stoping before the look is complete. It's hard for find someone to do better the 2nd and third time than the first because they use notes instead of eyes and experience. ________________________________ Wept, checked in. Got a 15 minute warning. Went within 5 minutes of that warning and 2 minutes before the suggested arrival time. Got bumped again. Seriously. Your system sucks. You need to get it together. I signed in, waited nearly an hour, and walked in "2 minutes too late" and get to wait an other hour. I'll keep trying each week and I'll keep rating y'all and not getting a cut until your system tells me an accurate time OR until you have a stylist available when I arrive.
