I got to say at first there was a lot of confusion about my tanning package and product, but I called customer service and spoke with Quinn and she was very professional and took care of all my questions and made everything right! So when I went back to Sun Tan City Lacy was also very professional and took care of me! I also wanted to mention Natalie and Alexi these two young ladies were Awesome and very professional, pleasant and courteous! I highly recommend Sun Tan City! All of the employees that I dealt with were Awesome!!!! Service: Tanning

This place is a joke I got banned in 2016, 7 years ago for no reason from this place. Couldn't even speak with a manager because Emily was the only one working there. Called the customer service phone number and no answer. Don't waste your time or money at this joke of a place. They are all rude there.
