Pro Nails

Today I walked into the salon at 5:20 hoping to get a fill. I was told by one of the workers all nail techs were gone for the day. This is not acceptable business conduct. They have advertised on their door that they close at 6. I've also been told that they do not take walk ins after 5:30. Therefore, not only are they falsely advertised they also lie to customers. They could have easily gotten me in and out before their closing time. I guess they don't want to work. Talking about a major business failure.

We’ve been here a couple times where they usually do good work. Today; however, our pedicures were very rushed where my technician smudged my polish while putting on my sandals. My husbands toes were basically just hacked and don’t look much different than they did when we walked in. Service: Pedicure

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! My daughter and I came for mani and pedi’s. Upon my daughter expressing her nails weren’t the color that she wanted on the first nail that he painted he demanded that she get up, made her cry and yelled at her on front of everyone saying that he didn’t have time to work with her they were too busy. I then politely said that she was a little girl and he yelled and humiliated me. Very rude service!!!
