Neatbeat Hair Salon

Everybody is nice & friendly, I really did look forward to coming back, but as the lighting isn’t the best in the salon, I was disappointed that I seen my hair was not completely dyed all over like I requested, also the style was half done, I was not told that I would have blue hands if I had wet my hands & touched my hair, I asked for blue black all over my hair & have never had a problem doing it myself at home with box treatment but I wanted to get it professionally done & I can not say that is what I received ! The stylist I had was Grace, she is a nice person but I am not happy that I spent $270 for a half job Services: Shampoo & conditioning, Haircut, Hairstyling

Wonderful 1st experience. I will be telling all my friends and coworkers about this salon. Extremely friendly. Gorgeous inside. The whole experience exceeded my expectations!! The salon is very nice and very clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful, and Brie did a nice job on my haircut and was a lovely person. However, I was blown away when I was told *after* the haircut (no color, extensions, chemical treatment, anything; just a haircut) it was $150. I found it to be extremely deceptive, as you cannot make an appointment online if you are new, so you cannot see any prices. When I got there all I was told they charge by time, not a flat rate for services, which I said was fine. I was given no monetary quote, but in my wildest dreams would I have NEVER expected a haircut to be $150, nor would I have continued with the haircut if I had known. Of course they have you schedule a future appointment, etc. before you are told what you owe. If money isn’t an object, Brie was really good and my hair turned out great, so I would recommend her. But you might want to consider a different salon if you don’t want to pay NYC level prices in Louisville. Wish I had se
