My daughter made me an appointment at this salon with page because she was supposed. To be a level 4 hair stylist, when I arrived I told her Not to cut to much off the length the Not to angel it longer in the front because it had taken me several months to grow it out, an hour and a half later with her fumbling thru my hair chopping away she did exactly what I specifically ask her Not to do since I’m not much for confrontation I just let it slide and told my daughter she needed to go back to her old salon because I can’t even imagine how long you would sit getting color when a simple cut took so long and my hair is chopped up the back and two long sides a mess a novice hair technician could have done better, so my daughter called 2 days before her and her daughters appointments and canceled, and she was still charged 25.00 dollars for canceling do your selfs a favor there are to many other Great salons in Louisville go to one of them
