Birdcage Salon

I am actually not a customer of this salon and came across them just because they sell R&Co products. I was first pleasantly greeted by the owner Nathan stopped what he was doing to come open the door while I struggled with my infant car seat. Nathan introduced me to his wife Ashley who was super helpful with the product and even helped with a demonstration. Would definitely recommend!

Maddie was great! Had a full highlight and cut with her, and I really appreciated the attention to detail she took, because I have really thick hair and a lot of stylists in the past have messed it up by rushing the process. She also cut my fiance's hair while the bleach was sitting, and did that great as well! I would definitely recommend her to anyone who needs a great stylist in the KC area! Update: 1+ year later and Maddie is the ONLY person I trust with my hair. Truly a stylist who holds pride in her work, and you can tell that she genuinely cares about her clients. She is top notch ????

Hannah was wonderful! She was very professional, friendly, and SO helpful. I have very thin hair and I had never had highlights before, so she really took the time to help me understand what would be best for my hair and what the process would look like to highlight my hair gradually to achieve the long term look that I want while still maintaining the health of my hair. I really appreciated her understanding what I wanted and pairing it with her expertise to help me understand my options and the results that would come with each one. I will be returning to her consistently, I am SO pleased with my cut and color! P.S. I interacted with a few other employees while I was there and they were all very friendly and professional.
