To the wonderful employee working behind the counter at the style bar in the back of the store (I didn't get/remember her name) - thank you for taking the time to walk me thru the style tools! Very knowledgeable and good advice. I love the T3 straightener you suggested for me. Worked great for my hair type.
Nothing has changed at this store. Starting with the manager who is completely rude and whispers to the other employees with whom then snicker and follow you around. Will only goto 95th store would’ve spent $100 today left with nothing but anxiety poor management and nothing will ever be addressed at this store. I would like to add Nelly was super friendly she was a breath of fresh air at this location.
Not just a makeup store! This location has a full service beauty salon in back of store for cuts,color ,highlights and styling . I had a great experience & great results! They also have an area ,mid store and people available for brow trimming,waxing,laminating etc .Once again ....I was somewhat apprehensive after a bad experience elsewhere several years ago but had a terrific time here with great results! I would definitely recommend their salon services!
