I am thrilled to share a very positive review for Allison B. and, specifically, for Rachel who is an esthetician there. I have been going to this salon for two years and everyone has always been friendly and kind. I see Rachel each month for a dermaplane facial and eyebrow wax. She is so kind and makes me feel relaxed and welcome from the moment I walk in! She takes her time and is very professional. Her space is very clean. She does have products available for purchase, but she is never pushy, but always willing to answer questions and recommend something that will be beneficial to my skin. I receive compliments on my skin and it is definitely thanks to Rachel for her skin-care tips and encouraging me to drink all the water! She gets 5 stars for sure!

I love Ali! she is definitely the best! she has a amazing personality, she works her magic, and one of the best people/hairstylists ever i always talk about my hair salon! words can’t describe how much my family loves her!!

I was hesitant about leaving a review but I want to make it clear this review has nothing to do with the salon rather it has to do with their stylist Katie. We had an appointment for a haircut and balayage on May 21st (originally scheduled for May 16th but she cancelled due to feeling under the weather). On May 19th I came in for a consultation and after leaving I realized she never told me a “rough estimate” so I went ahead and messaged her just so I knew how much it would be. The day of my appointment I let her know I arrived and she responded to me that she thought it was too much (the price) for the time being and took me off her schedule. Not once did she contact me to confirm if I was still interested. She handled the situation poorly by saying she could squeeze me in the same day with a 20% discount but she couldn’t provide the service I wanted and then said she’d find another stylist to do my hair. I will not recommend her to any of my friends or family.
