There were multiple issues but just to speak on a few:. the $25 consult fee is ridiculous and I was charged the tip of $5. In discussing what style I wanted I was told no extensions are done; this should be on the website this is very deceptive. Didn't like atmosphere of shop; the overall experience was not good at all.

My experience with this salon was horrible. There were many red flags and here's why. First, it was unprofessional of them not to provide a phone number in order for me to verbally speak with someone about booking an appointment, after I asked for it several times for various reasons. Even after I inquired about an appointment through Facebook messenger, it took them hours to respond back to me about even booking an appointment. So that was very disturbing. Lastly, I believe charging $25 for a consultation fee outside the charge for the actual service was a bit of a reach, considering the unprofessionalism in the beginning and also because that cost is above the average cost of most consultations in Indianapolis for many natural hair salons (speaking as someone who has had a consultation done before and paid less.)
