Excellent Salon in the heart of Irvington. Much like the rest of the business in the area they focus on the customer and providing top notch service. Great time with Dylan who was attentive to my request and had great input on how to make my haircut look even better than what I asked. I was given an appointment the same day, and greeted by staff, who were friendly and immediately seated me. What was rare was, before starting, I was asked exactly what I wanted the outcome to look like. The style was relatively unknown, so my Stylist questioned me and after some cutting, asked again, if the look was what I was seeking, until it was achieved. I’ve never had a stylist be so maticulus in achieving the expectation of my appearance. Being pleased is not a word I would even consider using, after my appointment. I’m so much more than pleased. As always, Snips gives excellent service. I love the text reminder 30 minutes before appointment time. It has saved my appointment more than once when I have gotten busy, distracted and forgotten time to head out. It also includes a way to indicate you have gotten to the salon when you pull in the parking lot. This automatically checks you in. You are then greeted by name when you walk in and notified the stylist is aware you have checked in and will be up shortly. Dylan always does a wonderful job on my curly hair. She shares tips she has learned from any recent education she been to either in person or on line. The cut is always preceded with a chair consult with hair dry of what worked well or not with recent cut. After this a wonderful massaging shampoo. Highly recommend salon and stylist. Service: Haircut
