I made an appointment for Saturday at 12:45 and a few hours before my appointment I received a text saying that some nail techs called out sick and they were unable to get me in that day for an appointment. I understand things happen so I was ok with rescheduling to the following day. The following day on Sunday, they texted me again for my appointment and told me that they would be unable to get me in at my schedule time because again they had nail techs that called out. I feel that this is unacceptable to continually cancel an appointment. What’s the point of making an appointment if they are not able to stick with it two days in a row? They did offer to reschedule me to another time, but by that point, I was tired of waiting and decided to cancel. If you value your time, I would highly suggest not coming here. I would not come here for your nails. The nail tech was very nice, but she just was not that skilled. I wanted a French Manicure, but they told me that “it wasn’t what I booked online”. I was fine with that, and just went with a white gel polish instead. I didn’t want to make a fuss, or cause a scene. It started out fine, but when it came to my cuticles, she cut too far multiple times. My big toe actually looked purple by the end of the pedicure. I would have taken a photo of what it looks like now, but it’s all bandaged up because it got infected. My pinky that’s shown is still red and occasionally splits open. My cuticles are absolutely destroyed, and multiple of them hurt still. I got my mani pedi a week ago. The massage with the scrubs and lotion was fine, but she barely shaped my nails at all. You can see go uneven my nails are in the pictures. Plus, gel nail polish usually lasts at least 3 weeks for me. However, this entire piece just popped off my finger as a whole. You can see

Nail tech didn't even checked what services I was there for and just did what she felt like doing. Not a nice water temperature neither. Place was really clean and nice but the inexperienced nail tach made my experience not worth what I pay for. Won't be returning unfortunately Service: Nail repair
