Sport Clips Haircuts of Fishers

Always have a good experience at Sport's Clips. Im not the kind of a guy who goes here for the all extras although I never really regret when I do decide to get them, shampoo, hot towel, chair massage back massage. I understand that "watching sports while attractive women pamper" might be sort of the mildly sexist theme they shoot for, though to their credit I have had a male hair stylist before here which was nice to see as most men are not as stereotypical as Sports Clips higher level ownership might think. The main point though, and why I give a 5 star review is because I've never had a bad haircut here. The stylists at sports clips are in my opinion (blatant pun) a cut above the average "Discount Cuts Strip Mall" stylist. I've also found that the stylists here are good at customer service. Will they try to turn a $25 haircut into a $75 haircut? Yes. Are the effective at it...most of them are. But that isn't all bad. It also means they know their products and services well and they

I went today with my husband. We checked in and he had a waiting time of 38 minutes and I had around 2 ½ hrs, I did not have any problem waiting that time, I just wanted my husband to be moved to around my waiting time as well so I would not have to come back twice. The lady who works there told me he got that waiting time because he checked in online, I let her know we both checked in store at the same time, but she did not allow me to explain her the situation. It is totally fine if that is not possible, but at least listen first. At the end I just wanted to cancel both so we did not take others timeframe to get the service but that was not possible either. If you are not going to listen to what I say then I do not want my hair to be on your hands! It is sad because I live half a mile away and I planned to be a frequent customer but I will not be back to this location. *Awful* customer service, do not go there.
