The overall experience at Gordon Wilmette is wonderful. I appreciate all the little details from being offered tea, coffee, or water when arriving, aromatherapy scalp massage before your shampoo, sometimes a hand massage, lovely smelling products, and friendly and talented stylists. I go to Kailah and she is a gem! She is a master at her craft. I appreciate her knowledge and advice on how to style and care for my hair. She answers all my questions and lets me pick her brain about how to level up my haircare. She is so talented in color and I am thrilled with my highlights every time. My hair feels lush and healthy after coloring which wasn’t the case at other (non-aveda) salons. I have absolutely noticed a big improvement in the health of my hair since using aveda products. First: atmosphere? 10/10 Smells? 10/10. My hair was done by Fresca and she did it so well! She listened to what I wanted and also advised me on what would suit me. She’s a great mix of quiet and chatty which, as a talkative introvert, I LOVE. She gave great head/scalp massages and was super sweet! Book her while you can!

Luxuriously relaxing atmosphere and overall exceptional service from everyone. I got a haircut from Fresca and she cut my hair exactly how I described. She also gave me a great scalp massage along with my haircut. She’s a perfect mixture of a great conversationalist and letting you relax in silence. Walked out of the salon feeling fresh and amazing.
