Bad experience with one of the cheaper stylists and will not be returning. Went in for a basic haircut and shampoo/blow dry. Things started to go south when within my first minute of talking to the hair stylist, the stylist started to low-key fight me on the cut I wanted. Had to sit and convince her to give me the cut I wanted. Yes, I had to convince her to give me a cut I've gotten for years... So after some awkward exchanges the stylist begrudgingly agreed to give me the cut I asked for. At the end I was charged an extra $10 because the stylist said I "didn't book a long enough appointment." ???? First, you don't even give that as an option in your online booking system. Second, I was in and out in 45 minutes! That was probably the fastest hair appointment I've ever had, ever. The front staff (rightfully) refunded me the $10 without a hassle. Now, the haircut itself was sloppy. Like... pieces were left uncut, edges weren't cut properly which I noticed when I got home. Not sure if the

I got my hair done today and honestly I’ve never had a worse experience. I made an appointment the night before with whoever was available because I wanted my highlights touched up. I didn’t question the quick booking just because I’ve been to this salon before and haven’t had a problem. I told the stylist I was my highlights brought up a little and then to be brighter over all. I sat in that chair for three hours just to walk out looking like a yellow and orange skunk. Never in my life have I been more mortified. I went home to try to style it how I like it to make myself feel better about it but that didn’t work so I went back to see if there was anything anybody could do for me. FIRST I was laughed at by receptionists and told to “hall it out” until someone was available to fix it for me and that “the stylist you went to is a junior stylist so sometimes mistakes happen” (which I was not informed she was) i woke up that morning wanting to be blonder and now I’m about to go to bed wit

The cut was great, he was personable and professional. He listened to my requests. He was wonderful. As for the colorist, she seemed lacking in experience. The color did not match even close to the color of my hair, so I have a streak in my in roots. I think my least favorite experience there was the shampooer. My hair was soaking wet and cold and she didn't wrap it up and left me a tiny towel on my shoulders. So a few minutes later my back was soaked and cold. I had to go find a towel myself. The girl who did my hair color did not come check and ask if it liked the color after she said she'd meet me after we shampoo. I would go back for a cut. Services: Haircut, Hair coloring
