I have been coming to this salon for many years. I have always been a satisfied customer. I went into the salon to get a haircut last Friday and I asked for someone who has experience with dealing with hair extensions and she told me she does. She round brushed my hair after my haircut so I couldn't see it straight and when I finally washed my hair, this is what it looked like. When I called to complain, Ron, the new owner blamed it on my extensions slipping but I told them they are in place as before, also when I asked Ron if you are supposed to cut extensions while the hair is wet or dry and he told me you can cut it either way and the reason I asked because I remember I usually get my hair extension cut while it's dry but this time I got it cut while it's wet. They offered to refund the hair cut but what I wanted is my extensions replaced because now they cut 7 inches off it. Ron told me that since I did not have my extension installed at his salon, he won't cover my extension. The

This salon was incredible! The service was great and Macy saw my vision and made it happen! I got a reverse balayage with lowlights and I love it so much! This is exactly what I wanted and more!!!!!!
