I’ve been going to Devin for about 3 years now and it gets better every visit. I recently learned from Devin that I have a bit of wave to my hair, and, to be honest, I couldn’t believe it - I was told all my life that Asians only had straight course hair. That was about 6 months ago and, since then, I’ve been wearing my hair naturally wavy. Devin has really taught me a lot about how to care and style my hair! Devin always takes her time to ensure that you’re happy with the result. She walks you through things before she does them and really consults with you on how you’d like for your hair to look. Moving from the city of Chicago to the suburbs worried me as I was afraid I wouldn’t find a hair stylist that gets me/my hair, but I’m clearly not worried. Devin is simply amazing. She's thoughtful, intentional, and very talented. I always leave our appointments feeling refreshed and encouraged. I appreciate that she uses natural products and that she takes the time to get to know her clients personally. She cares deeply about others and makes sure you feel confident before, during, and after every appointment. She's with you every step of the way! She provides a truly incredible experience that has impacted me so greatly. I always feel heard and valued and my hair has never looked/felt better! Devin is a phenomenal communicator and I felt extremely heard by her regarding what I was hoping for in my service, and she delivered! She goes above and beyond any stylist I have been to, and I left feeling like I received the most VIP treatment. My hair looks great! Her values are so supportive for a great client/stylist relationship. I would rate more stars if I could.
