The owner lacks any empathy or etiquette. I have a 5 year old daughter with special needs that I brought in for polish on her toes and nails. The girl who painted them both was very sweet and did a great job. After about 15 minutes I asked if her nails were dry, to which the owner replied they will never dry and threw his arm up in the air as to dismiss me and my question. My daughter heard the conversation and immediately went into panic. I approached the owner to explain that my daughter has special needs and to which he replied you are her mother just tell her they are dry or I will tell her and yelled out they are dry. I was shocked by this unexpected outburst and left speechless. I had my older daughter take my younger daughter out to the car where I tried to explain to him the situation. Trying to make this a learning tool rather then a horrible experience. He rolled his eyes repeated the phrase “Jesus Christ” several times and told me how it wasn’t a big deal. At that

i had came in to get a balayage done. i had gotten lindsay, she was really sweet at first. i have long thick black hair and had asked for more of a brown. they had charged me $250 because of how much hair i have which is typical but they do not tell u in case in advance. however, my hair turned blonde, wasn't toned right and was not blended. we had called back and asked for them to fix their mistake and they told us to come back and they would not charge us. i come back and leave and it seemed like she didn't really care and they made us pay $32... front desk lady was not nice at all and employees just stare at you. i mean if you don't do it right then why charge me extra when you are the one that makes the mistake and you still don't do it right... ridiculous.
