Went to this salon for the first time, and had such a great experience! Hailey really listened to my requests and delivered a beautiful haircut and style. Parking was easy, and everyone was so nice. I had my hair blown out and curled before going on a date with my husband, and he loved the way it looked, too! To top it off, this salon is more affordable than most I have been to. Highly recommend!

We came here post-pandemic. I had been cutting everyone's hair during the pandemic because we were isolating strictly due to having immune compromised people who were fighting cancer in our family. Now, I am not a hairdresser. I watched a few youtube videos, got some shears from Ulta, and tried not to screw it up too badly. I had some surprising success, but after 2.5 years of doing this, I was so tired of cutting hair, and I suspected I had made some mistakes on my fringe and my kids'. I finally stumbled upon Chic Concepts online and booked myself and my kids. Not only were Genevieve and Gia not judgy about the fact that I was DIY-ing it up for everyone's hair, including my own, but they said I actually did a reasonably good job considering my total lack of education or experience.
