Buyer beware! I purchased a Groupon from Karla. After multiple unanswered phone calls-trying to schedule my service, I contacted Groupon for assistance. Karla texted me saying there was a “mistake “ and that Groupon should have expired months ago (not my fault). She refused to honor the Groupon. Very unprofessional and shady. I wouldn’t trust a person like this to touch my hair. Hopefully Groupon will issue a refund.
Megan has been doing my hair for a few years now and I always walk out feeling amazing! She listens to her customers and performs her magic each time. 10/10 recommend!!!!
