Amazing Lash Studio

I like this place. First, they have a very luxurious place with fancy chairs and lovely chandeliers! Next, they have nice products and work good. Additionally, their lashes are very top quality. Besides that, the reason why I am giving this place 4 stars is because when you have a guest with you, they can't sit in the room with you and have to sit in the lobby for an hour and the only thing that they can do is play on the phone. The TV also doesn't show anything but their ads. No TV show for kids to watch. Overall, this place is very good. Tha Vicky is awesome

I will never come here again , I have gotten lashes done many times before but the first time at this place. It’s close to my job and wanted to try it. The lash application took 2 hrs which is normal that’s fine but when I finished on the way home I felt so many fall off and I look in the mirror and they looked so empty like I didn’t even get them done. I was so devastated that I spent money and 2 hrs for nothing. It hasn’t even been a day. I called the next day since they were closed, and they said to come in and they’ll fix it. I go in and spent another hour there for them to fill them in and was told that my lashes are thin and they never have clients with thin lashes like mine and that the retention of the glue isn’t good ? Okay , why are you saying this after I gave you money and wasted my time and had to come back a second time to fix your mistake that ultimately never got fixed because they fell off within a few hours again, why wasn’t this addressed during my initial appointmen

Master Stylist Jessica did my lashes and they are dramatically bold and beautiful on me. I liked how she took time and looked at photos I had of previous lash extensions on me. Do to a slight miscommunication when I set up appointment my eyebrow lamination was done by Makasta. She was awesome too. Being a woman of a certain age I was concerned and relieved when she was able to even out and make my brows a show stopper. The location is good. The space is clean,bright and staff is friendly. I would definitely repeat the experience.
