got my first ever "long hair" haircut here and they were nice and helpful without overwhelming me with new info. and it looks good too

I get blowouts and they do a very nice job overall. Their stylists are very good. But I had to take stars away because of their super inconvenient payment rules. They charge you a fee to use a credit card plus you can only tip in cash. As someone who barely carries cash anymore, I find both these policies kind of a hassle. I've went to much smaller salons and small businesses that don't have this rule! I feel like I would spend more and book more services here if they didn't have this ridiculous policy.
