Visited Perry George last night for the first time. Carol was amazing!!! I walked in shortly before closing and she made time to fit me in for a men’s cut and camo. Carol articulated her vision and point of view on updating my style with confidence and conviction. Her assessment was predicated on my facial features and length of hair. She was spot on..... I have already received several compliments this morning. In closing, Carol is as warm and personable as she is ”skilled”. I highly recommend Carol and will be returning.
Carol is so informative about hair and does an amazing job! She is worth driving out of town for. Beautiful work and such a pleasant person.
Zero Stars. Professional courtesy is absolutely lacking and appalling!I was supposed to receive waxing and the lady, Christa, canceled on the exact time of when I was supposed to receive it and I had just gotten there. Granted, there was a situation which I understood, however I explained to her there was an important trip that I had the following week. I told her to follow up with me. I never heard one word from her. It ruined my trip. Complete inconsideration and unprofessional! She never called to apologize! What makes matters worse is the owner, Carol, never gave me a call. I called several times. Based on their behavior, they ignore and blow off customers who could potentially give a considerable amount of business. Because of their unprofessionalism, I referred five business colleagues and friends to other businesses, so ultimately they lost business in addition to mine. There are plenty of other salons out there, I do not recommend this one.
