I had an awful experience at Michael Graham Salon in Downtown Naperville. I made an appointment online for a partial highlight last week- my appt. was scheduled for Monday 1/16, since that was my only day off of work. Sunday night I checked to make sure what time my appointment was since I did not receive a confirmation text, which was strange as I had signed up while making the appt. After logging in, I noticed that my appt. was switched to Wednesday 1/18 without my consent. I knew for a fact that I did not make this change, so I canceled and rebooked for 1/16 again- luckily I was able to find an appt. The day of my appt., I was running a few min. late so I called the salon to let them know. The girl working at the front (Gianna) told me that she would have to make sure with my colorist- Thomas.She said I can't be more than 15 min. late and I told her I wouldn't be. Came in for a consultation and Angela sat with me for a good 15 minutes and loved what she suggested so set up an appointment for the next week and she didn’t disappoint.
