Unfortunately, I didn’t even get the hair cut I had booked because the stylist ran over a half an hour late and I had to work that evening. I drove a half hour there- waited for 40 minutes before asking what was going on- and drove 30 minutes back - they ultimately asked if I could reschedule. It’s a shame because now I won’t be back. Everyone was very nice at the front and the lobby seemed clean.

Let me start by saying I have been visiting Tricoci for years now but have never been to this location. My appointment was at 2:30pm, the stylist did not start my balayage until 2:50pm. I showed the photo of exactly what I wanted, she did something completely different. After expressing my concerns, she tried again and still didn't get it right. By that time, it was 6:30pm and I was running late for my dinner reservations so I just wanted to get out of there. Haircut was great but I spent over $400 to absolutely hate my hair color. I don't want to be crying in the car because my hair is freaking orange. I won't be returning here.
