Did not complete my hair cut and did it all wrong and they own dogs in the place.

I love this place, I’ve been a client of Monica for over 5 years and she always does an amazing job! She’s very helpful with tipis and charismatic. Someone’s daughter cut my hair yesterday. She doesn’t speak english, but she understood that I needed a trim. My hair ended up with a very blunt, uneven cut that looks like I took house scissors to it at home. Tried to communicate that I wanted my face frame to maintain it’s current shape, ended up with them being cut straight across like bangs (also left as a blunt cut). A worker at a different chair attempted to help communicate how I wanted it cut, but to no avail. When my hair was styled at the end, it was not parted with my original straight part, instead with a strange diagonal part going from the side in the front to the middle in the back. Service: Haircut
