Worst experience ever. Asked for small highlights, the hairdresser bleached my hair and the highlights were super big, chunky pieces, super orange and patchy. Told her I wasn’t happy with the result, so she bleached my hair again and it still was brassy with chunky pieces. I told her I don’t like how my hair looks she went to tell me there is nothing else she can do about it. Finally after two weeks the owner called me back and offered to dye my hair back to my natural color. Crying in dark fried hair rn ????????. I don’t know how to reply to your response, but I showed her the picture of what I want and the pieces were not chunky at all. The front of my hair did not have any color; just the back. I don’t know how to include pictures here but I can show you how my hair looked like after she finished.

This place is very friendly and love the owner (Frank). I have gotten haircuts from other stylists and also gotten nails done by Monika. Great environment
