Best hair salon experience I've ever had! Hands down. Lola the colorist is amazing and just a great person. She took care of me really well. Highly recommend

I've had curly/frizzy hair all my life and been dying to get my hair straightened with minimal heat. My friend told me about TRIO SALON in Evanston and that they offer a keratin smoothing treatment. Per recommendation, I called and booked an appointment with Iwen. The staff was really amazing and made the whole process very comfortable. Iwen did my keratin treatment and I was so surprised on how well it came out. My hair is now super straight and not frizzy at all- its been weeks! I will be calling in soon to book my appointment for cut/color !! :)

My wife checked the web site for pricing, which said $53+. A particular stylist had been recommended by a friend, so my wife booked me with her. She was very sweet, and I love her work. When I went to pay the bill, I was stunned to find that it came to $103. The receptionist explained that, yes, some of the stylists there do charge $53. Mine just happened to charge almost twice that. Just for a men's cut--nothing fancy, not even blow drying. Not cool, Trio. New clients should be notified at the time of their appointments what the bill will come to.
