Treat Nail Lounge & Spa+ / Nail Salon, Manicure, Pedicure, Waxing, Tinting & Lash lift

A very sad excuse for a pedicure, a very distracted nail tech, and questionable hygienic practices ( not properly cleaning basins between guests).. Ugh. Not going back. They are nice, at least.

My sister who frequents this salon purchased a gift certificate for a manicure for me. It expired before I could use it. I called and asked if they would still accept it and was told they would do so by the person making the appointments. She even asked me the expiration date. On day of appt. I drove 30 minutes to the appointment and was told by the president (that was on his name tag) that he would not accept the gift certificate. I explained what happened and that I would not have driven 30 min if it wasn’t going to be accepted and he just ushered me to the door literally. The salon was empty. When I booked they told me the day was wide open. It was not like he was going to make more money by not honoring the gift certificate. Regardless, I can’t imagine why he would not honor it given I was told by his staff that would be honored. No plans to ever visit again.

Love my experiences at Treat Nail Lounge as the technicians are all so professional and do the best job. From my first visit I am now a regular and love the no-chip manicure and pedicure (I always upgrade to the spa pedicure) as it is so relaxing, and full of pampering surprises, including hot stone, paraffin wax and all at a fabulous value. The salon is very clean and follows the Covid protocols. I highly recommend Treat as it is always a wonderful experience! Services: Pedicure, Manicure
