I was going to book a spa here for my birthday but after reading the way the owner responds to the negative reviews yeah I think I'm good. You seem rude through a response to your customers and it's going to deter a lot of people me being one from coming to your establishment spending our hard earned money. And the sad part is I expect a rude and exaggerated response from you just for me letting you know why people aren't going to come to your business. So good luck with staying open. I've never even been to the establishment but based on the owner's sarcastic remarks to his customers concerns I'll never step foot in this place.

I had a wonderful if not lengthy experience here. Tried it on a Groupon and would definitely go back! Positives- the ladies working the salon were a delight, loved the convos and vibes, my massage therapist gave me the best massage I've had in years! The pedicure was relaxing and I got compliments on it after ???? Negatives- like others have said, the massage/spa room leaves much to be desired. Yes there are hooks on the door to place your items but they're hanging on by a prayer, the floor *was* dirty and we're in there sockless for massage, and the table feels like it's going to collapse and I'm only 145lb.... the exfoliant used during the spa facial was a mechanical exfoliant, which by now EVERY esthetician should know is a huge no-no on your face!!!!! Chemical exfoliants ONLY on that delicate skin. St Ives was for when we didn't know better. My own home chemical masks use better products- 25%AHA and 2%BHA

DO NOT GO HERE!!! We booked a couples massage and could never book it because nobody would answer the phone & their website wasn’t working!! So, we decided to walk in. The lady working was so rude and dismissive. The place looked like an underground basement. It was dingy and dark. It’s a hair salon and clearly the spa was an afterthought. This is NOT a spa! Don’t go for a massage - they are awful. We cancelled our massage the second we saw this dump!
