Base Salon is a fabulous gem in the West Loop! Everyone is so friendly and helpful! From the booking process throughout the entire appointment, I have always felt like a valued customer. The vibe is so upbeat and all the stylists are top notch. My experiences with Tara have never disappointed! She takes time to listen to me and clearly understand what I’m wanting for my hair and then delivers exactly what we talk about! She really knows what she’s doing and is so fun and personable! I cut my own bangs and did a horrible job. I needed an appointment quickly to fix them. Base salon got me in the same day and Alexis did a beautiful job fixing my hair. Not only did she fix it, but it looks amazing now!! Thanks Alexis and Base for making me look and feel better!

I went last Thursday and this was my first time walking in the salon.I got dumped by another girl so I was kinda nervous. Everyone was so friendly and kind! They were making sure I was happy and comfortable ????. Danielle was taking care of my hair and she really knows what she’s doing. I barely explained to her what I wanted and she really got it. I also trusted her (bc of all the good reviews I’ve read about her) so I let her do her thing and it was such a Beautiful result. She really made me feel back like myself. Danielle is very meticulous, pays a lot of attention to every detail in order to make sure the final result is right on point. Definitely coming back. Thank you!????
