I'm they're regular customer comes here to get my twist dreads done every 2 months great custoner service, very very clean environment and they follow Covid 19 protocol like wearing of the mask
It's a good salon but the stylist Robert Lewis is who takes Lillian from good to great! He's a fantastic stylist who focuses on healthy, beautiful hair! Robert is truly a gem and he's the reason I give Lillian 5 stars.
This place is amazing for three reasons: the location is amazing! it's very close to everything in the South loop. the people are very caring and friendly, they'll help you out with any heair related problem the quality is top tier! they left us with amazing haircuts John George was our stylist and we highly recommend him! he had great suggestions for our hair and awesome execution. the silk press was most definitely worth the price, it left my girlfriend's hair smooth, light and very soft! we arrived a few minutes late but they were very kind and willing to work with us. of course the only downside to this place is that it is VERY popular and the only way to get seen is to make an appointment. so this means that for the most part the available appointments are usually a couple months out. we made an appointment for June way back in January. this doesn't lower my rating though, as the experience was well worth it. best haircut ever. we both felt like a million bucks!
