Not only does she have an engaging personality but she listens to how you would like your hair cut and styled and is always willing to answer questions on how to improve the health of your hair. Troy is truly a master! I am super picky when it comes to who colours my hair and did A LOT of research on salons that specialize in blonde. Pictures of Troy’s work on Salon Eighty8’s Instagram is what sold me. She took time to explain the entire process for my partial highlights and I could not wait to see the final result. Troy was patient, thorough and very detailed…I could tell that she knew her stuff and this made me really comfortable. She was also very kind and personable. I had one of the best salon experiences ever. The final result was better than I could have imagined. My blonde is absolutely beautiful and I’m still receiving compliments almost a month later. Highly recommend Troy!

Maddie is seriously talented with curls! She first cut my hair almost 2 years ago and between then and todays appt, I had some seriously bad cuts which led me to (poorly) doing it myself. Don’t waste your time trying other salons or stylists. She’s super thorough, attentive to your input, asks the right questions and will learn your curls in no time, especially if you stick with her. Wish I could take her with me when I move!
