Hands down the worst haircutting experience I have ever had. When I was assigned to Ina, as a walk-in, she came up to me in a huff and didn't even greet me or smile at all throughout the experience. I told her I wanted simple layers. I showed her a couple pictures for reference (all including a U shape at the bottom with long layers in the back and slight curtain bangs in the front). Immediately she said it would look bad and she knew how to do the best type of layers for me. I had gotten this style at every single previous appointment with complete satisfaction. After a bit of debate, I thought she understood what I wanted. She then did not say a single word to me for the rest of the hour. When we were done, I noticed it was a V-cut with very short layers. I thought it would be fine once she styled it in the wavy style that was seen in every photo I had shown her but she proceeded to make my hair pin-straight and it became increasingly clear it was not what I had wanted. She "assured"

I loved my haircut and highlights done by Bella. I am always going to go to her to get my hair done ❤️ She understood what exactly I wanted for my haircut and we both also discussed and she got the color right, exactly like the picture I showed.

Really good service, very quick booking! The Staff is so friendly. Ben did a great job coloring my hair and also gave some good suggestions! I'm definitely going to keep coming back here!
