I got my first blonde balayage back in September. I went in for a consultation before with Nikki. She was wonderful! Very welcoming, polite and realistic in my goals for my hair. The first session was about two hours long or so and I felt my hair was lighter, but brown not blonde. She recommended me going in for 3 sessions until I reach that blonde I wanted. So, I went back for my second session…. was charged a lot more and honestly did not see a difference in my hair. It was not brighter and lighter. It looked the same. Decided not to go back there because I was confused on how a 3rd session would make me the blonde I wanted. I actually found another hair stylist and when I went to her I showed her the same pictures I showed Nikki and she said my hair looked like I had box dye !! The new hair stylist did exactly what I wanted in one long session. Sorry but I’m not sure if I got ripped off. Services: Pedicure, Hair coloring, Balayage

Amanda is truly one of the best hair colorist I've ever had. It's amazing how she knows exactly what colors to mix that makes my hair look fabulous. I am so lucky to have found such a talented and pleasant person that Amanda is. Peter the owner is my stylists and he is INCREDIBLE . I paid $199 (excluding tip) and my hair is yellow and black! I have been wearing it up for a month because I’m too embarrassed. I made an appointment over the phone. I have natural black, shoulder length hair and wanted caramel highlights. I’ve been doing my hair the same way for years. Sy colored it and then passed me off to a girl who washed my hair and got the bleach in my eye and down the side of my face. It burned so badly. Meanwhile, Sy started working on a new client who walked in. She left that client and came back to me to add toner. She sent me off with a new girl to wash out my hair again, this one putting scalding hot water and scrubbed so hard that my scalp hurt the rest of the day. Meanwhile, Sy has another client walk in and was managing two clients in addition to me. After my hair was washed a second time, the girl said I can go to the blow dry bar now on the other side.
