I’m mad asf!!! I set my appointment for 8:30 this morning. I made it there 8:20 only to have still be sitting there 10:30,. I just up and left. Because they had 3 people already in the chair by the time I get there and then tell me first come first serve. Don’t get me wrong Fatima does excellent work but they are very unorganized. And 200 is a lot to be paying to get the run around.

My first appointment with this salon, which was several weeks ago, wasn’t the best experience. My appointment was at 8:30am, I called at 8:45am and woke up the owner who was apparently asleep. I was told her Aunt was coming to get me started, I pushed through to support this African American business. The finished product wasn’t like the picture that was requested I show for the style I wanted, I didn’t monitor the size of the braids as my hair was being done, so I took the L on that one. My second appointment was today, Saturday (7/11/2020), originally scheduled for 8:30am the owner text me approximately 8:05am and asked if I would please come at 9:30am instead, I agreed, to continue to show support to this Africa American business. I get there at 9:17am was told the stylist was on her way, cool no worries, as I was technically early. So 10:00am came, still no stylist. The owner says, “she worked late last night she will be here soon.” I’m no stranger to working late, this is ABSOLUTE
