Went there yesterday around 15 til 10 waited almost 30 minutes and never got any service. Mind you 3 other people came in got there eyebrows done. They only have 3 people working so please don’t waste my time or money .
So unprofessional! The man messed up my nails so bad and I tried to call and nobody answered and then I went up there and showed the lady my nails and she just filed them a little bit and thought that was okay. I told her that I needed a refund or they need to come off and she started fussing and arguing with me! They have terrible customer service and they are always rushing. I do not ...I repeat DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! My nails still look terrible but I did not feel like arguing with them. If I could give them zero stars I would because that’s what they deserve!
Refused to do a simple plain color S&S with tips. And the pink of my friends french tips were see through.
