I went to this salon for highlighting around my face and trim on Feb. 13. The hairdresser did not leave the toner on my hair long enough to remove the brassiness. I asked to have my bangs trimmed, but left long. They are one inch above my eyebrows. Not at all what I wanted. I left a negative yelp review, and the salon texted me on Saturday, the 18th, and wanted to know if I had been in their salon. They were trying to figure out who left the review. I told them I did and wasn't very happy with the results. They said I was welcome to come back in, and they could see what they could do. I went to them in the first place because I had an upcoming interview, and I wanted my hair to look good. I told them this and gave them blocks of time I could return. She replied that she wasn't available at any of those times. The people who run this business do not care about customer service. They appear to be inexperienced.
